If the problem persists please raise a support ticket so the support team can reset the password for you.

Step 3: Once you have entered the "Email" and "Password", click on the blue "Login" button to access your app dashboard.

Upon successful login you will be redirected to the "My Console" page as shown below. This is where you will be able to access all the modules of the software you purchased.
