Step #1: Adding the templates.
I went ahead and added the first template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is blank.
Now, I added the fourth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is a straight line.
I added the seventh template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is a dashed version of the straight line.
I added the tenth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is a dotted version of the straight line.
I added the thirteenth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is a solid box.
I added the sixteenth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is a dashed box.
I added the nineteenth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, the solution space is a dotted box.
I added the twenty-second template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, there are separate solid boxes for the numerator and denominator.
I added the twenty-fifth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
As seen in the image above, there are separate dashed boxes for the numerator and denominator.
I added the twenty-eighth template having a plus sign as the operator and reduced both rows and columns to “1.” This is what the page looks like after:
