Step #1: Drag and drop the design element.

In my canvas, I have already added a Giraffe image from the “Animals” section. Since the design element is already clicked, you will notice a blue border with a circle on top of the design element.

Click on the circle and rotate the design element to the angle of your choice. This is how I rotated the design element.
